The HSHU allows you to hold a full pan of the particular product increasing your capacity over other holding units.  The easy to operate platform includes an alphanumeric timer bar that allows you to time your food hold. Duke patented HeatSink heat contours to the shape of the pan creating a constant heat to the food.
