General Description:
These units feature heavy-gauge steel exterior housing with individual thermostatic compartment controls, indicator lights and a master switch. Can be ordered with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 wells.

Construction:

• 576 aluminum spillage pan as standard

Drop-in Sealed Well Electric

• 1″ cast brass drain and plug
• Stainless steel liner
• Adapter bars for full size pans as standard

• False bottom -1/2″ (1.3 cm) deep-sectional
• Beaded 12-1/16″ x 20-1/16″ openings in top

Drop-in Mechanichally Assisted, Ice Cooled Cold Pan
General Description:
These units include copper coil refrigeration, 1″ cast brass drain, a remote mounted on/off switch, and feature a 5-year warranty on the compressor. Available in 5″ or 8″ deep models, available in lengths of 18 1/8″ to 88 1/8″.

Construction:

Drop-in Hot-Cold Convertible
General Description:
Have the option of switching your unit from hot to cold, and back! These stainless steel units are insulated on all four sides and the bottom. The efficient electric immersion heaters meet NSF standard 4, and the self-contained refrigeration system meets NSF standard 7 operation, with one control switch to change from hot to cold operation.
