The Challenge
For this growing fast casual restaurant, Duke was challenged with redesigning a long, linear serving system that was permanently locked together, making cleaning and maintenance difficult and in some cases impossible. The customer had three requests: 1. Make it easy to clean and service 2. Future proof the system for flexibility 3. Reduce overall cost with out sacrificing style and decor

The Solution
Duke engineered a permanent pre-powered wall that incorporated all power and low voltage utilities needed for the operation with a single point connection. The same wall provided the desired décor and ambiance of the restaurant on the consumerfacing side. Individual modular workstations were designed utilizing casters so they could be easily moved for service and cleaning or updated for future enhancements and modifications, future proofing the operation.
